When we introduced the new site revision and comment system, there was a lot of good feedback for changes that you'd like to see made.
I am still working on trying to get in-line comments with the news posts, but there are some layout issues with enabling that right now. Jason has been working on a new-post notifier so you'll have an easy way of finding out what posts have been made since you last visited.
Aside from what I've mentioned, what can we do to make your stay more pleasant? :) Give us feedback on what you'd like to see with the new comment system. How is the new rating system working? I think it has effectively crushed the whole 1st post problem we were developing in the news section, but I'd like to get your feedback on that as well.

Now that the system supports threads, some times the most recent post is at the top of the list nested inside another. Would it be possible to devise a color coding system that made older and low rating posts whitish, and recent or highly rated comments the darker blue? Then maybe variations in between.I like the red self post color code.

Along the same lines, I think it would look nice if you made the collapse/expand arrow red for other peoples comments. And if people dont like that, you should make the arrow for self posts red. It would be nice to have a sort by score system, ala "Highest Score First" with the SlashCode(Slashdot) CMS. With big articles that attract a lot of comments, it would be fairly helpful in getting to the most meaningful/insightful comments right away.PS Post in your blog more =P

I would LOVE to see the tree "collapse arrow" collapse the sub posts of a comment. This would GREATLY aid in navigating the comments....- Creathir
